Thank you for bringing this to everybody's awareness. Re-stacked! Part of the awareness issue is the fact that it has been historically hard to find images of LGBTQ people from all of the country's mentioned and more, posing in photographs to help raise the visible aspect. I recently compiled a youtube video showcasing vintage photographs from the 1800s and 1900s of men and women posing together. You can view it here: https://youtu.be/Wdfnt8v2_tM However, I found it highly impossible to find more than one or two photos of people of color to include. If anybody knows of a way that I can obtain or have the permission to use photos that might include people from these areas of the world do contact me because I would like to create a showcase to really raise the visibility and awareness in another video. as an LGBTQ member of the community living in Asia. I know too well the difficulty, transphobia, homophobia and the concerns I have on a daily basis about my status. It is a far cry from living in the West. Huge education awareness and fear reduction is required. Mostly fear. In my opinion It's driven by the fear of what people perceive is a threat to them, when, in fact, there is none. And the whole LGBTQ Issue has been weaponized by both sides of the media, by politicians and, quite frankly, once again, it's the same game being played over and over again that they've played with every other sector of humanity. In my humble opinion, what we need is not awareness of LGBTQ Issues on their own. We need an awareness of what it is to be a human. Thank you again for your work.πŸ™πŸ˜ŽπŸŒˆβπŸŽ‰
