Tonight, we mourn the passing of David Benjamin Mixner. From his early days campaigning for John F Kennedy to his final acts of courage, Mixner's legacy shaped a nation at great cost to himself.

David's activism was enormous. And he had an enormous heart too, a truly wonderful human being. A great loss for us all.
Very true! and the outpouring of love on his page after his passing's announcement is a testimony to it.
